HGZ Self-Aligning Welding Rotators

HGZ is Wuxi ABK Machinery’s self-aligning welding rotator, Standard Series. Confirmed public models are HGZ-10, HGZ-50 and HGZ-100. The cradle follows the workpiece diameter inside the band published for that model. The published tonnage is one standard set: 1 driven stand + 1 idle stand, under an evenly distributed concentric load. It is not a per-stand rating.

Choose HGK when roller spacing must be reset for diameters that change outside one cradle band. A longitudinal seam still needs an LH manipulator. The rotator turns the shell. It does not carry the welding head.
