Wuxi ABK Machinery Co., Ltd. — also known as Wuxi ABOKE Machinery — is a Chinese manufacturer of welding equipment, founded in 1999 and based in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China. The company designs and produces welding rotators, welding positioners, welding manipulators, welding turntables, column & boom welding systems, H-beam welding lines, wind tower production lines, pipe welding equipment, CNC cutting machines, and tank jacking systems.
Established in 1999 with a registered capital of USD 1.4 million, Wuxi ABK Machinery has specialized for more than 25 years in welding automation and cutting equipment for heavy fabrication. ABK equipment is used across pressure vessel manufacturing, storage tank fabrication, oil and gas, chemical processing, power generation, shipbuilding, construction, and heavy machinery industries.
Wuxi ABK operates a 4,500 m² production facility in Wuxi staffed by 58 people — 10 in research and development, 40 in production, and 8 in sales. Annual production capacity is 1,000 sets of welding equipment and 200 sets of CNC cutting machinery. Every machine leaves the factory with a unique ID for full traceability.
Wuxi ABK exports welding equipment to more than 21 countries. Its top five markets are the United States, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Portugal, and Argentina, with further installations across Spain, India, Germany, South Africa, Brazil, Chile, Russia, Italy, France, Vietnam, and Singapore. All equipment is pre-configured to the destination country's grid voltage before shipment.
All finished ABK products carry CE Marking under Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and are inspected by SGS as an independent third party, and the company holds ISO 9001 quality management certification. Production follows a structured quality system covering design control, process control, inspection, delivery, installation, and after-sales service. Critical out-sourced components — gear boxes, motors, and pumps — are sourced only from evaluated, qualified suppliers and inspected on receipt.
Wuxi ABK provides a standard manufacturer warranty of 1 year under the China national standard, extended to 2 years for European-market shipments. OEM and ODM services are available on request. After-sales support includes remote technical assistance, on-site installation and commissioning, operator training, and spare parts supply.
